Every directory company receives a HOCS band publicly visible on their profile. Companies in the Partner-Ready band or above (50+) have their detailed score breakdown visible to verified health system leaders. Below 50, the precise score stays private to the company and the Inkwell team.
The Verified by Inkwell badge tells health system leaders that a company has been vetted, has completed a full profile review, and is actively engaged in the Inkwell ecosystem. It is a trust signal - leaders browsing the directory can filter and prioritize companies that carry it.
Verified members see profile views over time, search appearances (how often their company shows up in filtered directory searches), document downloads, unique viewer count, viewer breakdown by health system type, and category ranking within their tagged categories. This data shows you exactly how health system leaders are engaging with your profile.
